Sitting in that emergency room at 10 AM, I wasn't just physically sick... I was soul-sick. Burned out. Exhausted from trying every program, every diet, every "solution" that promised to fix me.

The doctor's words hit harder than any diagnosis: "Your body is telling you something. Are you listening?"

I wasn't. I'd been ignoring the signs for years:

The Moment I Knew I Had to Help Other Women
