📦 Shipping Policy

EmpireSun Fitness offers a variety of products, including digital downloads, physical goods, and third-party affiliate items. Here's how we handle shipping and delivery:

🖥️ Digital Products:
Digital items — such as downloadable meal plans, virtual workouts, and templates — are delivered electronically. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link or direct access to the product. No physical shipment is required for digital-only orders.

📚 Physical Products:
If your order includes a physical product sold directly by EmpireSun Fitness (like a printed journal or meal plan), we aim to ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the U.S.

🛍️ Third-Party Products:
Some recommended products may be fulfilled by third-party retailers. When you purchase through our affiliate links, those companies handle the shipping, tracking, and customer service for those items. Delivery times and policies are based on the retailer's terms.

🌎 Availability:
At this time, physical product shipping is available within the U.S. only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
